Blogilates from Cassey! Don't want to work-out alone, home alone? Cassey motivates you and keeps the spirit! As a blogger and Pilates instructor she daily post about work-outs via YouTube, tells you about calories, gives you work-out schemas, informs you about funny facts, but also about eating disorders. I like the fact that she motivates you, but watch out for her diet she follows and how much she exercise. I mean, I like to work-out, but girl, 6 times a week and living on a bit of protein and boiled vegetables for 8 weeks is really not healthy. Just be aware it's not realistic what she can accomplish in a couple of weeks. So use it as you like, but be critical what she says and does!
Use the recipes to get some ideas how to eat a bit more healthy and use her great work-outs to get in shape!

Btw, I definitely am going to try the Noodles Pad Thai! Miss the Thai food so much..
